All of our work is covered by a £2million professional indemnity insurance policy held with ArborPlan, and a £5million public liability insurance policy.
We believe that continuous professional development (CPD) is a key part of ensuring ongoing high levels of services, and are required to take part in regular seminars and training sessions as part of the membership requirements to both the Arboricultural Association and the Institute of Chartered Foresters.
Tree Frontiers has been assessed as being compliant with the requirement of ISO9001:2008 for quality management systems. Further details of the requirements of this standard can be found here.
We do not offer any services relating to the physical work undertaken to manage trees, but with contacts throughout the industry, we are happy to make recommendations for tree surgeons or landscape contractors and designers who may be able to assist you.
